Requirements
? Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic
? Mechanical Maintenance and application support experience, preferably in Digital Printing / Printing Industry , but NOT a must
? Good communications skill with conversational English
? Good team-player with Positive Working Attitude
? Good reporting in professional way to HQ on substrate, inks, PH, UV technology
? Able to work to meet tight schedule if necessary
? Knowledge of Inkjet Technology. E.g. Printheads, UV/LED UV
? Troubleshooting on Substrate Handling
? CMS knowledge is preferable
? Good Computer Skills in MS Office, Photoshop, RIP
? Immediate / Short Period of Notice available is highly preferred

Responsibilities
? Handling different substrates on UV printing engines.
? Focus on testing UV inks with the various PH, UV/ LED UV
? Responds to field requests with a sense of urgency
? Corresponding between customers requirement and internal team members
? Communicate with HQ, Local Team members to align the customer expectation
