Main Responsibilities:

1.Full responsible for Quality Control of appointed Supplier.
2.Responsible for decreasing the Total Quality Cost caused by suppliers.
3.Responsible for supplier qualification and supplier Process audits to guarantee it in accordance with QCP
4.Appraise supplier QA and QC system termly
5.Responsible for the supply parts incoming inspection
6.Collect the supply parts defects in the factory and make the statistic analyze and report
7.Follow the corrective action in supplier side and help the supplier to make the continuous improvement
8.Follow the quality agreement and warranty agreement with supplier
9.Participate new project implementation for localize casting parts and drawing definition together with engineering department

Main Requirements:

1.University degree in Mechanical Engineering .
2.At least 5 years’ working experience in Quality Management area and with rich SQA experience.
3.Good knowledge in Foundry industry is preferred.

4.Good command of English both oral and writing, as well as computer skills (MS office)
5.Open, Team player, Proactive, Could work under pressure, systematic thinking, good planning and executing capability.
