Main Mission:

1.Support and coordinate SHE implementation following global and local guidelines and procedures.

2.Act as a 5S promoting team member to implement the SHE policy and standards.

3.Develop training materials on safety and health related subjects as needed, work with training department to develop and deploy educational EHS information.

4.Follow up the incident/accident/near miss process and related report.

5.Take a Gemba walk regularly and establish effective regulations and rules to manage contractors.

6.Participate in 5S inspection every week with 5S team and follow up the non-conformities of contractors and employees.

7.Manage site hazardous wastes, spill response, hazardous materials treatment, other environmental compliance programs.

8.Conduct the risk assessment for the new project in the plant, including the production related and facility related.

9.Reduce the risk and prevent work-related injuries and illness.

10Take care of the first aid and medical treatment when emergency condition happens

11Take care of other SHE related issues.

12Maintain the ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 systems.

Main Requirement:

1. More than 4 years of working experience in multinational company

2. Experience about fire drill, accident or incident survey, garbage disposal and other related aspects.

3. Familiar with local regulations and policy and good relationship with government.

4. Knowledge about LOTO ,LMRA and other related tools to improve SHE defects.

5. Bachelor degree above, major in safety, environment protection and related specialty.

6. ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001 internal auditor certificate or national registered safety engineer are a plus

7. Good command of English both oral and written.

8. Good computer skill and computer operation system knowing, be capable of operation of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, etc.

9. Good communication skills, good teamwork player and good teamwork spirit.
