Main Mission:

1. You will be responsible to organize the build-up and tests of prototype machines, components and systems with lab. Technicians.

2. Evaluate and report the testing results to the product engineer.

3. As you will be the first user of a new prototype machine, it will be your role to evaluate the user-friendliness and safety of new designs.

4. Coaching of lab technicians for specific tasks.

5. Contribute actively to the practical management of the engineering laboratory, including 5S of assembly areas and test cells and testing equipment maintenance.

5. Realize “first time right” by proactive testing, i.e. testing with the aim to find solutions for serious problems and trouble shooting for production machine or field machine.

6. Continuous and strong interaction with the other design centers in the Atlas Copco Group in Belgium or Spain, use same and agreed test processes and tools.

Main Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or in the field of Thermodynamics, combustion engine, compressors will be a plus.

2. Profound knowledge in testing of diesel driven machine and willing to learn in technical area.

3. Knowledge of test field and data acquisition analysis ability will be welcomed. For example, voltage/current/temperature/engine rotation speed/pressure and other parameter measurement. Noise and vibration experience is an asset.

4. Mandarin mother tongue and good knowledge of English both oral and writing.

5. Knowledge of MS Office. Experience with Lotus Notes is an asset.

6. Experience in a product development environment, such as diesel engine driven machines.

7. You are a positive thinking person, open minded and a good team player with a strong interest to work in an international company. You are able to work independently and take initiative to face the technical challenges.
