职位描述：

1. Responsible for customer related project management (from tooling, prototyping, sampling till to mass production), and make sure each project step is on track and project is completed per schedule.
负责客户相关项目的管理（从开模、试模、提供样品到量产），确保每个步骤按项目计划正常进展。
2. Coordinate with sales, purchasing, manufacturing and quality to make sure the new project is smoothly implemented.
协调销售、采购、生产和质量部门，确保新项目顺利进行。
3. Report any deviations of the new project introduction, and provide guidelines to resolve the issues in NPI or amend the project schedule if needed
报告任何新产品导入过程中的偏差问题，提供解决方案，必要时，修改项目进度。
4. Collect and prepare all the documents related to product specification and customer requirements, and submit to customers or internal department for quality control and mass production purpose.
收集准备与产品规格及客户需求相关的文件，提供给客户或内部相关部门，为量产及质量控制做好准备。
5. Submit samples to the customers and follow up with the approval status.
提供样品给客户，跟踪确认状况。

任职要求：

1. BS degree with engineering background.
工程类专业本科以上学历。
2. More than 3 years working experience in project management, experience in plastic/rubber/tooling is preferred.
三年以上项目管理经验，有塑料/橡胶/模具相关经验都优先
3. Good English command both in speaking and writing
良好的英语听说读写能力。
4. Strong coordinating and interpersonal skills, detail oriented, be good at problem solving
较强的协调沟通能力，人际关系良好，注重细节，擅长解决问题。
5. Capability of using CAD and/or Pro-E, Solidworks etc is a plus.
能使用CAD，Pro-E或Solidworks.
