Sandvik in Wuxi is seeking for a Maintenance Engineer

The position would directly report to Manufacturing Manager, below please refer to the job description:

Key performance areas:

·Adhere to all Sandvik EHS policies and procedures;

·Establish and implement TPM project;

·Ensure the normal operation of all production equipment & internal facility;

·Be responsible for the maintenance management system;

·Be responsible for both repair and preventive maintenance requirements for all manufacturing equipment;

·Identify and develop standards for equipment repair, set up and operation;

·Participate in workshops to support continuous improvement: propose and implement continuous productivity, efficiency and quality improvement actions for all facilities;

·Assist equipment purchase and management of the new equipment installation, debugging and relocation etc.;

·Responsible for the KPI target of equipment availability;

·Manage a team of maintenance technicians;

·Develop and implement the equipment upgrades and overhaul plan with equipment management team

Your profile:

·Bachelor’s degree or above with major in Electrical / Mechanics Industry / Methods / Industrialization.

·Experience in Methods / Industrialization of 3 - 4 years;

·Experience in mechanical machining, CNC machine program and related;

·Fluent Mandarin and English

·Able to use AutoCAD or UGS, Good command of office software and Notes;

·Strong problem solving skills;

·Strong people management skills, interpersonal and communication skills;

·Safety focused, open mind ,team work oriented

·Pragmatic and good sense of analyzing

·Autonomous and able to manage different priorities

·Decision making oriented

·Organizing and planning oriented

·Proactive

·High capacity of work and high availability

·Resistance to stress

As a person you are proactive, self-motivated and one with lot of initiative, courage and integrity and a business minded, result oriented attitude. You also have strong communication skills and can work in an English environment.
