岗位职责
Job Description
1.负责模具及其周边装置的日常维护保养和正确使用工作，制定模具保养计划，定期对模具进行保养和检查。Make the mould maintenance plan, working for the plan and repair mould.
2.按操作规程和相关规定对模具进行保养和使用，并对结果负责。
Up and down the mould from the machine.
3.建立模具配件库存，并进行管理。
Build the mould sapre parts stock and manage it.
4.认真做好巡线工作，跟踪模具使用和生产情况，及时发现问题，及时进行解决

5.及时、如实的汇报维修保养情况，并做好模具维护保养情况和备件消耗的原始记录。Timely and truthful reporting maintenance, and to make the mold maintenance and spare parts consumption situation of original records.
6.严格遵守“5S”管理要求，保持现场的清洁卫生，工装、夹具的归类、合理放置

7.积极进行小改小革，提高模具和装置的使用寿命，降低因模具和装置的原因造成废损
Actively carry out reforms to improve the service life of molds and equipment, reducing equipment damage to caused waste
8.完成部门领导交付的其他工作
To accomplish other jobs appointed by department leader

岗位要求
Job Demands:
1.大专及以上学历；
Collage or up than collage;
2.三年以上模具维护工作经验；
Three years and above mould maintenance working experience;
3.会使用机加工设备；
Use for machine tool;
4.简单的英文能力。
Little in English.
