1. RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTANBILITIES职责:
1. Answer and put through phone calls including taking leave messages.
负责接听所有来电，且转接电话,在必要时给公司同事留言
2. Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
负责公司所有进出快递的签收和填写
3. Update/ monthly report on employee leave/ vacation/ OT/ attendance for payroll support.
统计员工的出勤加班休假等情况为薪资核算提供支持;
4. Cooperate with and follow up the hospitalization insurance company to deal with the reparations for the employee.
协调并跟进员工的商业保险理赔事宜;
5. Responsible for ordering and checking invoices for stationery, general office/courier; feedback on the performance of suppliers;
办公用品的订购,快递发票和办公用品发票的核对,反馈供应商绩效;
6. Make requisition for office daily stationary, consumption articles etc.
负责公司文具用品/消耗品的请购
8. Maintain orderly appearance in reception area;
保持前台区域的整洁
9. Assist admin related in new employee on-board and exit process; assist admin specialist for clerical activities upon request
协助员工报到和离职流程,协助行政专员做好文书工作
10. To do all outgoing faxes, copying, scanning, filing and preparing and mailing correspondence.
负责传真，复印，扫描，归档以及邮件准备和发送工作
11. Maintain and update company contact list and customer database.
负责更新公司联系电话和客户资料信息
12. Book flight tickets, accommodation for business travel.
负责订购机票和住宿等.
13. Greet visitors in a professional manner.

2. QUALIFICATION/SKILLS资格/技能要求:
1. Bachelor degree
本科学历
2. New graduated students are welcome. Prefer one year or more experience in a customer service business environment with receptionist/administrative responsibility, Financial knowledge is a plus
应届毕业生或一年以上相关性质工作经验者更佳,有一定财务知识优先;
3. Have basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

4. Good command of English solid skill (CET6 above)
