JOB DESCRIPTION
1 Lead and administrate the Purchasing organization.
2 Support the Operation’s business development effort with current and potential customers.
3 Support the development and implementation of Supply Chain strategies and systems.
4 Optimize the overall cost of materials and ensure that materials supply equals demand.
PREREQUISITES
1. A combination of: 3-5 years of related experience in the electronics manufacturing industry a bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
2. A certification by related professional organizations such as APICS and NAPM, Bachelor’s degree in related field (Supply Chain, Materials Management, or an equivalent), and/or Masters of Business Administration preferred.
3. Extremely strong skills with proven track record in communication, leadership, business analysis, process development, administration, and change management are required.
4. Willing to travel both domestically and internationally.
5. Possess in-depth knowledge of material purchase.
6. Possess thorough knowledge of and adherence to company policies and procedures.
7. Ability to interact with all levels of management.
8. Maintain discretion and confidentially in personal and business issues at all times.
9. Possess broad knowledge of the supply base. Proficient with EPR system.
