Responsibilities:
1. Develop new features and applications based on the global platform;
2. Design, code, and deploy for software of product per the company's product strategy and according to the quality process;
3. Troubleshooting and bug fixing for software design of the product.
4. Produce work estimates as requested refine estimate skills over time to ensure accurate forecasting for software product delivery dates;
5. Design and maintain the software related documents;
6. Collaborate with peer team members to produce quality software and product, with technology expertise.

Requied skills:
1. Bachlor degree in computer science or electronic engineering related filed;
2. demonstrated proficiency in VB.net/C# and knowledge of object-oriented languages and methodologies;
3. Demonstrated experience in developing windows-based platforms program. (sometimes need connect to machine/hardware)
4. Experience with source code version control tool;
5. Familiar with software develoop process and develop document writing;
6. Demonstrated communication skills and both verbal written English, adapt to communicate with global team in English;
7. Understanding of Multi-process, Multi-thread and asynchronous computing;
8. Demonstrated proficiency in VB.net/C#/Java Scripts/ASP.net/Ajax/PHP/Web services based programming skills
9. Basic understanding of ERP/MES system, reports programming (Crystal, bartender software), SQL server database programming;
10.Degugging skills using industry standard tools, e.g. Visual studio...
