Responsibilities
This is a staff assignment that, independently or as part of a team, is involved in the VPPA process and improvement of processes and systems used in the manufacture of 1100 product.

-Job Duties:

To participate in and support NPI & RUR process;
To facilitate/nurture CPPD environment within teams, stimulating brainstorming, free and open thinking, do virtual process planning assembly and virtual design review audit for new engine and design option.
Manage manufacturing process/equipment project, Time and cost management to align with MCP.
Develop new processes/technologies, to deliver positive result through great team work with Engineering, quality and production team.
Determines acceptability of new equipment based on usage requirements and recommends modification or revision as necessary.
Provides analysis and recommendations needed to allow manufacturing to produce the engineering product designs.
Simulates present and future assembly lines to predict line flow problems and makes recommendations for implementation.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferably in engine Engineering or an equivalent level of work experience on mechanics Design.
5+ years of professional level experience.
Project management experience (one year above) and good communication skill.
Be familiar with 3D modeling and have 2D drawing design capability.
Manufacturing Engineering knowledge is required.
Be good at quality tools on data analysis.
Excellent English skill on writing, speaking and listening.
