职位描述
1.According to company ESH policy,provide ESH initiatives, including creating, implementing and monitoring work process to achieve compliance with mechanical intergrity, regulations and corporate standards.根据公司ESH 政策，负责ESH 工作，包括：建立、执行、监督所有设备运转情况；
2.Responsible for electric safety and fire protection of electrical appliance.负责电气安全、消防工作；
3.Responsible for injuries management at work and work with Human Resources to coordinate management of worker’s compensation claims.负责工作现场工伤管理，并协助HR部门完成相关赔偿事宜；
4.Assure healthy environments for employees.确保为全员提供健康的工作环境；
5.Implement, monitor & maintain safety procedures and practices.执行、监督、维护安全操作规程和现场操作；
6.Oversee training of personnel regarding safety procedures.检查员工安全操作培训；
7.Regular check and record safe status of equipment, working environment.定期检查、记录设备、环境安全情况；
8.Provide ESH training to staff.为全员提供ESH培训；
9.Monitor, analyze & report working related incidents Focus on reduction of incident, and improve incident management.加强事故管理及预防；
10.Medicines Box , working shoes, working uniform management.负责药箱、安全鞋、工作服管理；
11.Project support when necessary.必要的项目支持；
12.ESH facilities maintenance.ESH设备维护。

任职要求
1. College degree or above in ESH or mechanical engineering related majors.
2. 3+ years experience on ESH management in multi-national company.
3. Knowledge on electrical,ESH facilities maintenance,chemical safety, fire prevention, risk mitigation related to loss prevention field.
4. Effective communication, planning and team work is required.
5. Good coaching & facilitation skills.
6. Fluent English in reading and written.
7. Be good at Word、Excel、PowerPoint.
