职位描述
Job Purpose:
This position will work in CAT Electronics China division to lead a team to develop electrical &electronic components or system including E&E parts, machine system, transmission or implementation sub system, which would design and develop E&E components or machine system specification, DV&R plan, drawing release and production management with CAT Electronics global team, Global Purchasing, and different product group.
The incumbent is expected to deliver project lead and technical coach to the team members with current product improvement process and new product development process to meet customers’ requirements including project schedule, cost and quality target with desired development cost.
The incumbent will demonstrate strong customer focus, team work, global collaboration and communication capability with innovation of new technologies, new products, new manufacturing & assembly processes/methods.

Required Qualifications:
- MS in Mechanical /Electric Engineering or related engineering majors.
- More than 5 years’ experience of design, development, analysis engineering on machine system, electrical or electronic components or system area.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English in work environment. (CET-6 is preferred)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and global collaboration capability.
- Ability to lead projects independently.
- MS project or other engineering tools knowledge & experience.
Desired Qualifications:
- Manufacturing engineering experience related to automobile or heavy-duty machines.
- Experiences in working w/ suppliers or end customers.
- Overseas learning or working experience.
