Work Location:

This Position will lead/support regional and potentially global Heat Transfer component sourcing strategy and will manage key cooling supplier accounts in region as Lead Buyer, reporting into Category Supervisor based in China.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include:

* Developing sourcing plans through 7-Step Category Strategy Process;

* Seamless Liaison with corresponding Engineering Teams for Supplier/Product Development (CPPD);

* Managing policies, agreements, source catalogs, cost information and special purchasing programs; and supporting specific Product line(s) NPI programs

* Provide leadership for sourcing, logistics and resource management decisions


Required Qualifications:

* Undergraduate degree from a college or university – or equivalent experience; engineering background is preferred;

* Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible job related experience;

* Analytical, problem solving, and project leadership skills

* Easy to understand/be understood in English language

* Extremely strong negotiator, able to interpret, analyze and negotiate contractual cost elements

* A Team player

* Flexibility in working hours and traveling time is a plus.
