1. College graduated above. Major in Engineering .

大专以上学历。工科专业。

2. Minimum 3 years engineering experience, a technical background especially in the Fastenings is a plus.

不少于3 年工程师工作经验，有紧固件行业技术背景更佳。

3. Strong skills of coordination and communication.

良好的合作及沟通能力。

4. Self motivated and strong self-learning capability..

有较强的自主性和自学能力。

5. Fluent in both oral and written English as well as good skills of computer application.

较强的英语听书写能力，熟练掌握计算机操作。

6. Willing to travel for business frequently and trained in Foreign country .

能适应经常出差 以及 国外培训。

7. Teamwork spirit.

有良好的团队合作精神。

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责

1，Technical Support to China customers

全国的客户技术支持

2，Assist to deal with the customer's complain, sample testing

协助处理质量投诉,样品测试

3，Project leader：Drawing exchange, product design, help saucing to get quotation from supplier, project meeting, customer technical review, sample parts quality confirm, help QC document making.

项目主导：图纸转化，产品设计，技术确认，配合采购联系供应商报价，样件制作，质量确认，配合质量部制作文件.

4. Regular meeting with customer technical and design department .

定期与客户的技术，设计部门会议。

5. In house show exhibition organization, after get requirement confirmation from Marketing and sales department, start to prepare：checklist, catalogue, sample part, equipment.

在市场部和销售部确认具体要求后，开展展会和技术交流会的组织和准备工作：准备事项清单，样品样本准备，机器设备确认.

7. Good expression ， good personality , make the customer know our parts.

性格开朗，良好的表达能力，使客户理解产品的应用。

8. Promote brand awareness of Bollhoff in the responsible area.

维护并扩大博尔豪夫在华东地区的品牌影响力

9. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
