主要职责：

1．根据公司的经营管理目标和任务，统筹本部门的工作安排，制定工作计划，组织技术力量解决工艺技术问题、技术管理问题，建立技术管理制度，就重大技术事项向公司领导提出决策建议；

2．主持车架工艺例会。制定车架工艺各项工作计划；

3．参与技术谈判和对外技术交流；

4．及时了解车架工艺工作情况及相关数据，做出相应的工作安排；

5．负责制定本部门人员岗位职责，考评员工的工作业绩并据实提出奖罚意见；

6．及时指导、处理、协调和解决生产过程中出现的技术问题，确保生产工作的正常进行；

7．合理编制技术文件，改进和规范工艺流程；

8．负责公司技术管理制度制定、监督、指导以及对专业技术人员的考核；

9．根据工作需要和专业技术状况，调配下级人员工作。

任职资格：

1．本科或以上学历，车辆工程、机械类相关专业；

2．七年以上相关工作经验，具备车架的制造加工经验，相关管理经验，熟悉产品知识、公司流程及业务运作；

3．具备良好的沟通表达及协调能力、较好的英语交流能力；

4．工作地点：无锡。
