-For our Healthcare Sector in WUXI,we are looking for a SCM L Planning/生产计划.

What are my responsibilities?

1.根据物料计划，与供货商保持沟通，确保材料的及时到付；

-Communication with suppliers to guarantee on time delivery according to material plan.

2.采购订单管理及及时付款申请，订单及所有文件的及时准确管理；

-Purchase order management and payment application in time and in correct. Good management to all order documents and recorders.

3.根据库存指标，合理制定库存策略，监督实施库存计划，以控制库存在合理的水平；

-Make the inventory strategy and planning according to KPI. Instructe, implement and monitor the inventory plan with whole planning team. To control the stock into the resonable level

4.及时监督维护系统和报表数据，确保MRP的正常运行；

-Mooitor and maintain the system and report data, to keep the MRP in good running

5.根据公司的采购策略实施并监控实际采购量；

-Implement and monitor the actual purchase volume according to the company strategy.

6.及时更新完成相关报表；

-Update and complete the reports in time and in correct.

7.检查并实施保税手册的执行，确保符合手册管理的要求；

-Check and implement the bonded business, ensure the operation is ompliance with the handbook's requirement.

8.保持与内外部的有效沟通；

-Efficient communication with internal and external

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1.At least 5 years working experience in planning and logistics function.

2.Planning process and logistics knowledge.

3.SAP and IT methods.

4.Commercial knowledge.

5.Good English skills. (oral and writing )
