-For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in WUXI,we are looking for a Outsourcing specialist for sheetmetal.

What are my responsibilities?

-This function is responsible for managing outsourcing business to ensure quality, delivery and cost efficiency.

1. Support purchasing specialist in the preparation of the sheet metal sourcing process- understand and clarify all specs with purchasing specialist

2. Secure supplier (and purchasing specialist) in providing the sheet metal first sample-

e.g. tooling investment; delivery requirement; logistic conditions;

3. Carry out technical clarification with supplier regarding how to manufacture the sheet metal parts

4. Support supplier to improve technical aspects of the manufacturing process and quality of the sheet metal parts

5. Analyze sheetmetal workload, evaluate to make workload allocation regarding outsourcing and in house production;

6. Outsourcing strategy management regarding supplier/capacity development roadmap and sheetmeal focusing;

7. Place the order and monitoring supplier delivery performance.

8. Control the process to ensure high efficiency usuage of sheetmetal;

9. Balancing supplier workload to ensue stable cooperation:

-e.g. make to buy or stock preparation for kanban parts in low order period.

10. Benchmark outsourcing process with Germany and make optimization if necessary.

11. Support supplier tooling management.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. above 5 years working experience in sheet metal employment

2. Familiar with process as punching; laser cutting; bending and welding.

3. 3 years working experience on manufacture field with management role

What else do I need to know?

1) Bacholer degree or above major in machinery;

2) 5+ years working experience in foreign companies.

3) Fluent english (german preferred) in oral and read/write.

4) Unyield integrity, self-motivated, innovative and quick-learner.
