RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Assist product and applications engineers as necessary in implementing dynamometer, fatigue, ultimate, and a variety of bench testing which include(but not limited to) the following tasks:
a)Acquire test parts and selecting / designing proper test fixturing.
b)Perform pre and post-test inspections.
c)Write reports, include post mortem and statistical analysis of results.
d)Follow-up on sample orders.
2.Assist lab technicians in driveshaft or axle build-up and tear-down / inspection.
3.Perform data acquisition
4.Support in programming of test procedure and updating
5.Guidance to technicians for test operation
6.Coordinate with program management and other departments for deliverables
7.Problem solving / process troubleshooting

QUALIFICATIONS
1.Bachelor's degree and above (bachelor included), majoring in mechanics &automation, mechanical &Electrical or Automotive;
2.More than 3 years' development experience in automotive industry;
3.Skilled in Pro-E software or 3D CAD software;
4.Strong mechanical theory knowledge (i.e. mechanical designing, mechanics of material, mechanics of project);
5.Failure analysis and problem solving skills on test development or product design;
6.Good self-controlling ability and strong accountability
7.Fluent in English, listening, speaking ,reading, writing and interpreting;
8.Familiar with product development system of Automotive Company.
