1.Lead IDM purchasing team in meeting company's objectives.
2.Implement and maintain policies and procedure,etc.
3.Qualify new suppliers according to company's requirement.
4.To source and purchase materials and services at optimum price, and favourable terms and conditions.
5.Perform comparison and cost-benefit analyses to achieve cost reduction program.
6.Manage suppliers to meet objectives in the areas of pricing,quality,delivery and inventory control,etc.
7.Review,plan and approve purchase order and changes notice in a timely fashion.
8.Responsible for disposition of excess and obsolete materials.
9.Liaise with Finance Department with regards to supplier invoice and payment issues.
10.Good interaction skills with other departments and other business units.
11.Represent company in a professional manner theat aligns with company image:ensuring activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

任职要求：
1.Minimum 5 years experience of sourcing and purchasing/planing experience in the manufacturing environment.
2.Have a sound knowledge of Oracle system and supply chain management.
3.Experience with MRP system knowledge is preferable.
4.Good leadership and management;ability to present,organise and resolve issues.
5.Enthusiasm,Self-confidence,Persistent,Goal-oriented,Initiative,Self-motivated and Self-discipline.
6.A team player and able to work indenpendently and under pressure.
