职位描述
Quotation
- support the technical and commercial evaluation of quotations
- make cost price calculations using the automated system, evaluate and if necessary fine tune with departments Purchasing and Technique
- elaborate and edit quotations if needed in consultation with several internal disciplines
Order
- keep good relation with customers, trace customer requirements and new project, support AE to ensure a good technical proposal and prepare commercial proposal .
- customer relationship management
- consultation with Production planner concerning priority and capacity
- project following and define the strategy of price and approach with upper manager to win the orders
- control and update the backlog and participate in the weekly progress meeting for new damper types
- have execute shipments to customers according customer specification and if needed edit or arrange all required documents
- monitor status of manufacturing orders in relation to the agreements made with the customer and in case of deviations timely inform the customer
- coordinate and monitor acceptance tests by and with customers and edit related reports for customer or third parties
Question and complaint handling (customer and end user)
- acceptance of service and warranty matters and in consultation with the internal organization investigate and take care of a prompt execution
Knowledge
Is required for/of:
- products, also concerning the technical content
- the internal logistical process
- the administrative affairs within the department
- procedures and guidelines in force, including financial and quality guidelines etc.
- operating the PC and installed programs
- the company rules, quality procedures, environmental, health and safety rules within the company
- taking care of the quotation to after-sales course within the set guidelines and procedures in order to realise maximum customer satisfaction
- editing cost price calculations and quotations
- clear and complete documentation, record keeping and internal order specifications
- keeping phone contacts with relations
- a representative, customer friendly and reliable representation of the organisation
