职位描述




1. Take part in new project and product introduction, P-FMEA and process review, Control plan and inspection instructions initiate, and capability study and so on
2. Conduct new project products test and verification
3. Coordinate initial and customer FAI activities with team, follow up the corrections for problems until the issues closed
4. Internal corrective actions follow up and standardization, internal process continuous improvement Conduct regular process audit for process optimization
5. Non-conformity product handling in process, Coordinate the issues improvement and regular review with team tracking the closing rate for NCRs
6. Track in-process KPI like FPY, rework, scrap and so on
7. Work with engineering to maintain WI applicable and practical in the workshop and verify whether the operator can execute well or not
8. Control plan implementation situation follow up and continue improvement
9. Support customer quality to drive internal improvement
10. Assist Customer QE for customer complaints
11. Support supplier quality from in-process side
12. Support quality system engineer compliance to ISO9001/IRIS requirements; Responsible for related procedures and optimization
13.IPQC team management; Regular training to IPQC and operators
14.Other tasks assigned by superior
1。参与新项目和新产品导入，P-FMEA审查，工艺审查，控制计划和检验规范的制定，制程能力分析等；
2。新产品的例行实验测试和确认；
3。主导新项目厂内及客户组织的的首检工作(FAI)，并追踪发现问题点的纠正直至关闭
4。内部的纠正措施跟进和标准化，内部流程持续改善；并通过对过程定期审核进行过程优化
5。处理生产过程中质量问题，主导分析改善及定期与团队进行检讨；并对问题关闭率进行定期追踪
6。跟踪过程中的KPI像FPY，返工，报废等；
7。与工程人员协作保持WI在车间适用性和可操作性；并对操作人员执行性进行持续确认
8。控制计划执行情况的跟进，并继续改善
9。根据客户需求推动内部质量改善
10。协助客户质量工程师对客户处反馈的不良品进行分析改善
11。从内部质量控制的角度对供应商质量进行相关支持
12。支持质量体系工程符合ISO9001/IRIS要求；主导过程中相关程序和规范的建立和优化
13。质检员工作指导和定期培训
14。其他由上级指派的任务








任职要求




1. University education, major in mechanical engineering is preferred
2. 5+ years in-process quality management experience in automotive, railway industry is preferred
3. A strong coordination and communication capabilities with internal process, cross function team spirit, adhere to the principle of strong sense of responsibility, integrity, good at learning and training
4. Familiar with TS 16949, customer complaints handling method, technical support customer experience. IRIS is preferred.
5. Knowledge of TS16949, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, APQP and SPC, Familiar with quality tools like CP, GD&T and so on With Product & parts knowledge experience with 6 sigma is preferred.
6. Excellent English both in Oral and written

1。本科以上学历；机械工程背景优先
2。 5年以上机械行业过程质量管理经验，汽车/铁路行业首选
3。强有力的协调和沟通能力；团队合作精神，坚持原则，责任，诚信意识强，善于学习和培训
4。熟悉TS16949，客户投诉处理方法，客户技术支持经验，有IRIS背景优先考虑
5。熟悉TS五大工具，产品及零部件知识，GD&T，CP等质量工具；有6Sigma相关经验优先考虑
6。良好的英语口语和读写能力。
