岗位职责：
1.Responsibility for the smooth operation of the production pressing line and daily management ；
负责生产压机线正常运转以及日常管理；
2.Operational resolution of the situation of the individual production areas (of failure, lack of material.), the coordination of the follow-up actions/corrective action ；
在单件生产方面根据情况做出决定（包括失败，缺料），协调后续行动/改正措施
3.The supervision of the optimal load of the production facilities and human resources ；
监督生产设备的最佳负荷量和人力资源方面
4.Supervision on the progress and the quality of the implementation of the contracts, the award of contracts in the system, the finished the registration and analysis of the remaining incomplete orders. taking the necessary steps to the remedy ；
监督生产进程和完成订单的质量，订单系统，登记完成量和分析剩余不完整订单。采取必要的措施补救。
5.Cooperation with other departments on the continual improvement and optimization of the production process ；
与其他部门密切合作持续改进和优化生产工艺
6.Documentation management (training, updates, training) ；
文件管理（培训，更新）
7.Supervision of compliance with the technological procedures and administrative procedures ；
监督遵守技术程序和行政程序
8.Responsibility for staff development, support, training ；
负责员工发展，支持，培训
9.Compliance with the standards of the quality of processes and products, when deviations from the standard quality to ensure the necessary steps to the remedy ；
符合质量过程的标准，当质量标准有异常时，保证必要的补救措施
10.Maintaining the purity of the production facilities and working environment ；
维持生产设备和工作环境的洁净
11.Performance of the work in accordance with the regulations for safety and hygiene of work, protection of the environment ；
工作表现符合规定的安全和卫生工作，保护环境
12.The timely performance of tasks under the orders of the superior ；
在上级的指令下及时完成任务

能力要求：
1. College degree; good communication skills.
大专学历；较好的沟通能力;
2. Practice on the similar position in the production of the company (min.3 years of experience)
在制造类企业做过类似的职位（至少三年经验）
3. Experience with the management team
有管理经验
4. User knowledge of the MS Office, IS SAP is preferred;
会操作办公软件，会SAP系统 优先考虑；
5. Uncompromising attitude to quality issues
