Part 1. Describe the Position

Summary:

(1) Job Purpose: One-sentence description of the overall purpose/mission of the job; the rationale of why the job exists and how it contributes to the company.

Technical Support for key account and continuously assistant sales for orders carrying out, finally support Aero business profitable growth in Pac Rim especially in China.

(2) Goals and Objectives: Several bullet points for setting performance objectives.

A) List the essential functions and major activities in order of their importance.

- Responsible for assist customers for business growth via providing technical supports, application, service, etc., in-line with the Strategic Plan and the Operating Plan of ITT Control Technologies.

- To carry out direct technical sales activity to develop new business that aligns with the ITT Control Technologies Strategic sales direction.

- Achieve sales budget and Key objectives together with whole sale team.

- Mainly focusing on technical support to OE / AM customers within assigned area together with local sales team as well as WW engineering team.

- Provide regular feedback to Sales and Engineering management on new business opportunities, customer status, competitor activities and pricing & technology trend.

- Work closely with Customer Service, Operations, and Product & Marketing management both in US & China.

B) To develop the business in China market.

- Working closely with the Operation & Sales network in the region to make sure it works efficiently.
- Find out new business opportunities and develop Sales via coordination and teamwork with the team.
- Develop, implement and participate all Application and Technical related activities.
- Actively cooperate and coordinate with colleagues in the company (whoever in Wuxi or headquarters in US).
- Focus on Aero Technically, contribute valued add work and idea based on the feedback from customers.

Part 2. Describe the Person

A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).

- Bachelor Degree level, major in EE, Aero related university graduated or relevant working experience is preferred.

- Knows & uses the fundamental concepts, practices & procedures of particular field of specification.

- Knowledge of electronics and electric.

- Fluency in reading, written and spoken English and Mandarin.

- At least 3 years’ experience in engineering position, railway industry background is plus.

- Working experience in Railway markets is preferred.
