? Arrange import&export activities with procurer, customer service, forwarder, broker, etc, provide necessary doc
? Keep close communication with Customs, CIQ and government and ensure no compliance issue for clearance
? Co-ordinate with forwarders and brokers for urgency and problem solving
? Arrange payment to Customs, CIQ, forwarder and broker
? Track with brokers for customs clearance doc and FEB doc(外汇核销单) return from Customs
? Manage forwarder and broker on price, service quality and capability
? Bonded booklet apply and maintain
? Daily raw data maintain and reporting
? Other tasks assigned by Supply Chain Manager


? 与海关、客服服务、货运代理、代理等安排进出口活动，提供必要文件；
? 与海关、出入境检验检疫局、政府保持密切沟通，确保中间环节不出现不合规事件；
? 协调处理与代理、经纪商之间的紧急事件和问题解决；
? 安排付款到海关、CIQ、货代和代理；
? 跟踪办理经纪商的报关文件和由海关发至的外汇核销单；
? 货运代表和中间商的价格，服务质量的处理能力；
? 保税手册的应用和维护；
? 日常原始数据的维护和报告；
? 供应链经理交办的其他事项。

? Trade or other relative major, college above
? 5 years+ experience of import &Export, experienced in special trade type and bonded boolet handling
? Familiar with declare customs process, CIQ process and government process
? Proactive attitude and good communication skill
? Capable of English reading and writing, oral English is preferrable
? Must be skillful in MS office
? SAP knowledge is preferable
? Integrity


? 贸易或其他相关专业，大专以上学历；
? 5年以上进出口经验，特殊的贸易类型和保税处理；
? 熟悉报关流程、海关流程和政府流程；
? 积极主动的态度和良好的沟通能力；
? 良好的英语阅读、写作和口语能力；
? 必须精通办公软件；
? 了解SAP知识者，优先考虑；
? 正直、诚实、周全。
