岗位职责：
1、组织制订、修订所管辖职责范围内的相关规章制度和作业程序标准，经批准后监督执行。
2、负责来料检验（IOC）、过程检验（IPQC）、出货检验（QA）；
3、生产质量过程管理：全面协调生产工作；对生产作业过程进行监督、指导，同时进行生产质量控制，保证生产质量、进行产品质量问题的分析，制定并实施纠正和预防措施；监督检查生产过程中的自检和互检，防止不合格品流入下道工序。
4、负责公司年度iso9001:2008质量体系认证工作；
5、其他工作：负责协调与其他相关部门的关系；及时与上级领导和其他部门沟通，解决生产过程发生的突发事件；完成领导交办的其他任务。

任职要求：
1、男女不限，大专以上学历；
2、具有从事品质管理工作2年以上经验；
3、具有良好的沟通能力、执行能力、组织能力、协调能力；
4、具有电子单位管理经验者或熟知电子行业者优先；
5、具有质量体系内审员资格证书者优先；
6、居住在八士、张泾、东亭者优先；

薪资福利：
1、待遇优厚，年14-16薪；
2、八小时双休，工作时间从8:30-17:00，节假日等按国家规定执行；
