Job Description:

1.Contract review of customer technical specifications;

2.Cost analysis and quotation support;

3.Managing contacts with international suppliers;

4.Managing orders effectively and updated, sales order, manufacturing order and purchase order;

5.When necessary attend Kick off and bid clarification meetings to start with in China and later also in other parts of Asia;

6.Timely feedback to relevant personnel on newest and special requirements from customers;

7.Tracing the order status and timely reminding relevant personnel to ensue timely delivery;

8.Preparing documentation, procedures, instructions, invoices related to contract orders.

Job Requirement:

1.Bachelor degree or equal, specialty of mechanical engineering or similar educational back ground;

2.Good English both in oral and written;

3.Good PC leterature in MS Office and fair knowledge and operation on ERP system.
