-For our Healthcare Sector in Wuxi,we are looking for a Mechanical Center Process Engineering Engineer 机加工工艺工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Draft and maintain all running machining process.

-建立并维护机加工工艺。

2. Analyse cycle time and improvement.

-加工节拍分析以及改进。

3. Process improvement (machines, clamping fixtures, tools and layout as well) 加工工艺持续改进（设备，夹具，刀具以及布局）。

4. Be responsible for specific machine installation, commissioning, set up and acceptance. 负责相应设备安装，调试，过程能力分析，预验收以及最终验收。

5. Keep all documentation like setting plan, tool plan, drawings to be always at the most updated level.保证所有技术文件的及时更新。

6. Timely response to production concerns and handle the complex technical problems and quality related.及时响应生产中的问题以及处理现场技术,质量问题。

7. Other tasks assigned by superior .

-其他交办工作任务。

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. College graduated or above, and majored in Mechanical Engineering or relative. 大专及以上学历，机械类专业。

2. Have a good command of Engilish in both written and verbal.可以良好地运用英文进行听说读写。

3. Have a good understanding of FANUC.熟悉FANUC 系统。

4. Experience with NC machines 4/5/6 axis(vertical or horizontal),vertical lathe. Would be better if has Mori Seiki machines operation experience. 4轴、5轴或6轴（立式/卧式）加工中心以及数控立式车床工作经验。如果熟悉日本森精机床由佳。

5. Strong awreness of quality. 质量意识强。

6. Solid knowledge of hydraulic clamping fixture is necessary.熟悉液压夹具工作原理。

What else do I need to know?

-Would be better if has Mori Seiki machines operation experience.
