Responsibilities :

1) Supplier sourcing and supplier capacity analyzing according to Project. Establish potential supplier list.

2) Understand technical requirements and material break down analysis in order to source drawing parts from the best supplier.

3) Send RFQ, receive and evaluate quotations according to the requirements and the technology process involved.

4 ) Leading negotiation of contract /Price with suppliers

5 ) Purchase Order releasing and follow up until material receiving at the confirmed date

6) Cross-functional team work with Quality, Design and Production Departments.

Requirement:

1. College or above degree holder, major in Mechanical or Similar

2. More than 5 year’s relevant experience in procurement, evaluation and development of potential suppliers in machinery manufacturing enterprises

3. Knowledge of mechanical drawings and technology processes.

4. Be familiar with supplier who is famous in the field of mechanical processing.

5. Fluent in written and spoken English.

6 Good at cost analysis and strong negotiation skills
