Job Responsibility:

1. Ensure employees work in a safe manner observing company regulations at all time.

2. Keep the all processes and products in good quality control, Ensure the FPY to reach the annual target

3. Be responsible for the delivery, material plan and production plan to ensure the OTD to reach the annual target

4. Cooperate with other department to develop the new business

5. Be responsible for quality control in workshop including incoming inspection, process control and supplier management and APQP for sample building

6. Lean implement and continuous improvement in workshop

7. Employee and operator management and annual appraisement

8. Keep the cost and expense in budget and annual stocktaking.

9. Keep the workshop in 5S.

Qualifications:

Graduate in college above and major in mech or elec.

1. English is good in writing, reading and oral.

2. More than 5 years in related field.

3. Good interpersonal skill and decision making.

4. Logic thinking and work under stress

公司始建于1997年11月，公司的主要产品涉及家用、工业、商业，汽车及工业流体控制。主要客户包括三菱电机、松下，惠尔浦，博世西门子，海尔等。主要产品有干燥过滤器、无霜蒸发器、压力容器、储液器、汽液分离器、通用阀，加油机阀、纺织机阀、汽车空调管、朗母阀、手动截止阀、膨胀阀等。
