负责机器人的规划、设计和选型；
负责机器人标准的开发，负责机器人供应商实施沟通、跟踪并进行技术推广；
负责ME机器人新标准及新技术的培训；
参与新增机器人设备的技术交底、技术协议的制定；
组织新机器人设备的预验收，负责跟踪工厂填平补齐、技措项目设备的实施情况；
协助部门经理，负责对新增机器人设备进度计划进行控制和跟踪；
负责跟踪工厂设备的搬迁，安装、调试；
协调设备搬迁供应商、工厂和各职能部门之间的工作；

负责在产项目及新项目启动阶段的装备问题解决；
联合采购部门，对公司采购供应商实行“优胜劣汰”；
组织相关工程师对工厂运行的动能设备、设施进行检查、监督、管理，使动能设备设施的运行符合国家相关规程；
负责作好各厂、各使用部门重大、关键设备的修理、保养和备件采购情况进行协调、跟踪。

任职资格：

本科或以上，机电类或相关专业，具有3年以上的相关岗位工作经验；

熟悉国家的劳动、人事政策与相关法律法规；

了解机器人设备管理方面的知识，了解机器人一般的机、电，结构与功能方面的知识，懂得一般统计方法；
能够积极沟通，具备准确表达能力、具备独立分析、处理能力。
