维修工程师（偏电气方向）

主要职责：

1. 负责公司生产设备的电气系统的维修工作，确保设备安全、完好、良好地运行；

2. 负责提供公司生产设备的电气系统故障的故障分析，协助维修人员做好车间关键设备的改善性维修、预防性维修计划的实施；

3. 负责协调新项目电气部分安装、调试、竣工验收工作和设备技术资料消化验证工作；

4. 负责车间设备电气控制系统改进项目的设计和实施；

5. 负责协调电气条线安全检查，并做好整改工作；

6. 参与学习、培训，掌握自动化控制方面的先进技术，努力降低维修成本和提高设备运行效率；

7. 负责设备备品备件电气部分库存的分析、跟踪、改善工作；

8. 协助工段长做好维修人员的技术培训工作。

任职资格：

1. 电气自动化等相关专业，3年以上工厂自动化电气工程师相关工作经验；

2. 熟悉西门子、三菱、AB等PLC、变频器及伺服系统的使用，熟悉相关控制系统软、硬件，熟悉Fanuc机器人系统的操作、编程、维修；

3. 办公自动化、CAD及电气制图软件熟练，英语四级以上，能够满足日常工作需要；

4. 有电气工程师中级、机器人相关专业证书或其他专业培训证书者优先；
