工作职责：

Responsibilities:

1, Develop and implement preventive maintenance plan for manufacturing equipment.
制定并实施预防性生产设备维修计划。
2, Involve in troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment with malfunction from electrical or mechanical breakdown.
参与生产设备日常的电气或机械故障诊断和维修。
3, Analyze day to day manufacturing equipment performance and conduct improvement activity with down time or maintenance cost reduction.
根据生产设备日常运行的情况，实施改善行动以降低停机时间或降低维修成本。
4, Maintenance record and analysis and find the root cause of breakdown, make the manufacturing equipment document keeping which subjects to the quality system.
维修记录及分析设备故障原因,制作维护作业指导书符合质量体系。
5, Involve in the installation and commissioning of new manufacturing equipments and re-build of current manufacturing equipments.
参与新设备的安装与调试及现有设备的改造。
6, Manage the supply and inventory of spare parts and material needed for repairs, alterations and new construction work.
维修备件的管理。
7, Involve in process improvement and productivity improvement activity.
参与工艺改善及提高生产效率改善活动。

任职要求：

Qualifications:

1,Bachelor degree with mechanical-electrical intergration ,or mechanical engineering equipment equivalent.
机电一体化或机械类相关专业，大专以上。
2, Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance manufacturing equipment on automation control systems, experience with Siemens PLC is preferred.
至少三年大型自动化设备维护经验,最好熟悉Siemens PLC控制。
3, Good command of English, PC skills and strong EHS awareness.
良好的英语知识，PC技能,EHS意识。
4, Demonstrated ability for on-time performance in a high-pressure work environment.
