工作职责(Responsibilities):

1. 严格执行公司规章制度，认真履行其工作职责

Strictly follow company rules and regulations, fulfill the job responsibilities.

2. 全面负责质量部门的管理工作，包含但不限于按时按量按成本完成品质管理任务，达致客户完全满意；

Fully responsible for the management of the Quality Department, including but not limited to complete the quality management on time with good quality and at cost and satisfy the customers.

3. 配合生产计划，适当安排人手，确保按时完成任务；

Make personnel arrangement according to the production plan and ensure the work is completed on time.

4. 与生产，工程及采购部门紧密合作，为各部门提供意见及支援，以提升产品的质量水平；

Work closely with Production, Engineering and Sourcing Department; provide suggestion and support to each department to improve the product quality.

5. 定期审核人员的能力与安排，持续改善部门工作效率和员工管理，以保证部门生产力达到最高水平；

Organize regular review on staff and machine capability and allocation, improve work efficiency and staff management continuous; make sure the productivity reaches the highest level.

6. 协调并执行内部稽核，客户审核以及第三方稽核；

Coordinate and conduct internal, customer and 3^rd-party audits.

7. 负责公司质量体系以及相关文件的建立、完善、执行和维护等一系列活动，并使之符合TS16949和其他相关标准；

Responsible for the setting up, improvement, implementation and maintenance of the quality system and related documents; make sure the system complies with TS16949 and other standards.

8. 确保质量工具及相关辅助设备的维护及送检的合理安排，确保正常生产；

Ensure the reasonable maintenance and inspection arrangement of quality and auxiliary equipment for regular production.

9. 领导并指导团队发展的方向。制定及执行员工培训计划，并促进其工作技能；

Lead and drive the direction of the team; prepare and carry out employee training plan, improve operating skills.

10. 提拔并发展人才，确保有效管理的持续性；

Promote and develop talents, make sure constant effective management

11. 负责组织检验现场管理工作，检查，监督及执行检验现场的安全及环境保护工作，抓好劳动防护管理，以确保遵守工作场所的安全标准；

Responsible for on-site management, checking, supervising and carrying out safety and environment protection; manage labor protection and make sure the workplace complies with safety standards.

12. 及时编制并上报年、季、月度生产统计报表。认真做好质量统计核算基础管理工作，确保原始记录、台账、统计数据及报表的正确性；

Make and hand on monthly, quarterly and yearly statistical reports in time; manage basic production statistics accounting, make sure the accuracy of the original records, ledger, statistics and reports.

13. 定期进行内部质量统计分析、经济活动分析报告会，总结经验、找出存在的问题，推动改进工作，达到内外部客户满意度的持续提高；

Conduct internal statistical analysis and economic activity analysis meeting, sum up experience, find existing problems and take initiative on the corrective actions to improve internal and external customer satisfaction.

14. 全面管理部门设备和其它相关的固定资产；

Fully responsible for the management of equipment and other department fixed assets.

岗位要求(Requirements)：

1. 本科以上学历，机械或其他相关专业毕业，

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field of study

2. 5年或以上精密机加工制造业品质管理经验。熟悉TS16949体系及其核心文件应用者优先。

Minimum 5 years quality management experience in manufacturing environment; preferably rich experience of TS16949 system and its core documents application.

3. 有客户服务经验者优先。

Preferably experience of customer service.

4. 主动解决各类生产相关问题，能总结经验并推动改善工作。

Initiative to solve all production related problems, sum up experience and drive improvement.

5. 优秀的领导能力，具有团队精神并有良好的人员管理及协调能力。

Strong leading and people management skills; be a team player with strong ability of organization and coordination.

6. 良好的抗压能力；

Able to work under pressure.

7. 良好的中文沟通与表达能力，英文书面表达流利。能看懂中、英文图纸，制程及质量文件。

Ability to speak and write English and Chinese; can read Chinese and English drawings, process and quality documents.

8. 能使用一般文书处理软件如MSWord, MSExcel及MSPowerpoint等。有ERP使用经验者优先。

Able to use office software i.e. MSWord, MSExcel and MSPowerpoint; ERP experience is preferable.
