Responibility:

-Independently develop a target account list and work proactively to develop and secure customers
-Implement a strategic business plan for achieving revenue growth in line with the company targe
-Lead customer meetings and sales visits and present Fiege’s innovative solutions to potential customers.
-Lead the contract negotiation process and handover gained projects project implementation for smooth transition
to operations team and corporate initiatives in relation to BD functions.
-Maintain regular contact to existing and target customers
-Prepare, attend and follow-up on quarterly review meetings with existing customers
-Initiate and support measures to increase customer satisfaction
-Other jobs assigned by superior manager

Requirments:

-University graduated or higher.
-At least 5 years working experience in 3PL company.
-Training on Project Management and lean management is preferred
-Familiar with the warehouse operation procedure and domestic transportation market
-Familiar with air & ocean operation procedure
-Analytical and good finance knowledge as non-finance manager
-Excellent knowledge of warehouse management and supplier management
-Experience in contract and price negotiation, familiar with legal terms
-Good communication and negotiation skill
-Very good level of English required
-Excellent PC skill
