Responsibility：
?Build critical software for testing products of company
?Actively participate in the feature design with the feature team
?Detail design and fully implement robust features in an iterative manner in coordination with the team and using XP methodology
?Work with leader for analyzing requirement and assist leader developing high quality module
?Assist leader managing application lifecycle


Requirements:
?BS in Computer Science/Engineering or related degree required
?Minimum 7(BS)/3(MS) years of test related software development experience
?Strong interesting and passion in software development
?Have the strong sense of communication and teamwork spirit
?Very rich experience in software development using C#, etc.
?At least 1 script language skill: python, ruby, tcl/tk, etc.
?Grasp OOA and OOD approach
?Good English read and write skill and acceptable oral capability.
