Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain product's quality control plan.
2. Handling quality issues and finds the root cause, corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurring
3. Convene a cross functional team to complete quality improvement activities including: Production, engineering, Customer Service, Supplier etc.
4. Complete quality improvement project via each quality tools& methodology,
5. Handle customer or third-party audits/visits,
6. Trainging quality control plan and tool to frontline operator and inspector.
7. Complete the engineering change review and assessment and to control each point in whole process.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, major in engineering, machine is more desired.
2. Fluent English (both verbal and writing)
3.At least 3 years work experience as QE or SQE, know TS16949 and 8D methods. Internal auditor cert of TS16949 is preferred.
4. Familiar with manufacturing environment and quality control tools, e.g.FMEA/CP/8D/Six-sigma
5. Experience in Air-conditioning & Refrigeration engineering is an advantage.
6. Knowledge about machining, casting, processes, can read drawings and measuring well
