? Financial accounting including preparation of journal entries, financial statements, variance analysis, and account reconciliations;
? Supervision on tax affair;
? Liaise with Share Services to handle financial relative;
? Declare municipal and state taxes on time, such as stamp tax, business tax, land use tax, property tax, VAT, VAT Refund, Corporate Income Tax etc;
? Keep related vouchers in good filing and improve day-to-day tax related activities more efficiency;
? Credit and receivable administration;
? Analysis of specific balance sheet and results of operations accounts;
? Cash flow management -- monitor on cash payment, loan arrangement, cash forecast and other cash management related work;
? Sales transaction review and process streamline;
? Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Required Qualifications:

? Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance major
? At least 2 years’ experience on tax or account receivable in manufacturing company
? Good knowledge of Tax, Financial, and PC skill/
? Must be able to demonstrate excellent Initiative, Analysis, and Teamwork skills
? Excellent communication skills both in English and Chinese
