职位描述
Job Responsibility:
1.Develop a distribution channel strategy for the region of responsibility
2.Recruit & retain new distributors and representatives as needed
3.Manage Transair sales through a network of distributor organizations and representatives
4.Train & motivate Transair distributor personnel
5.Solicit new distribution channel per Transair business plan
6.Organize and provide training courses relating to our product/service offer for internal and external distributor sales personnel.
7.Schedule presentations to Architect & Engineering firms,consulting engineers,installers,and facility managers to facilitate sales of Transair
8.Visit end customers with our distributors and assist them in their own sales agenda.
9.Meet end customers and direct customers in order to establish an analysis of requirements,to test new products and to establish new markets.
10.Qualify customer claims and forward reports to the quality department or customer service for action.
11.Negotiate contracts and orders with distributors and/or end customers and conclude sales contracts.
12.Organize and implement the company's presence at regional exhibition stands or technical events of this kind organized by distributors (stand presentation,documents) and run the exhibition stand.
13.Submit monthly reports and present the highlights of it during the Transair sales meeting.
14.Establish an Action Plan by customer/region in order to follow the strategies previously defined by the company.
1)College or above major in Mechanical with min 3 years work experience in the industrial sector.
2)With a technical or commercial specialisation and a period of sales experience .Exposure to international companies a plus.
3)Familiar with ISO9001 and related tools.
4)Easy contact in general and ability to create sustained relations, could easily adapt to new situations (technical, tool, organization, demand, process) in everyday work, especially for difficult situations .Autonomous, experienced in building business relationships. Frequent business and customers visits in China.
5)Fluent in English and computer skills.

Sales increase profitably
Ensure A/R in well status
Ensure reasonable ROS
Aggressive tap into new accounts
Accurate and regular reporting to Management
Position Summary:
For a given geographical area, will manage the sales in a category of products related to a proprietary pipe & fitting system.Will guarantee the turnover and market share by running a distribution network and prescribing our product/service offer to end customers.
Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
Reporting directly to the Low Pressure Business Unit Manager
