任职要求:
1、男性，大专以上学历，优秀应届生亦可；
2、沟通和协调能力强，具有较强的敬业精神和团队合作意识，具有较强的学历能力；
3、熟悉物理光学的优先，基础知识扎实，有较强的动手能力；
4、无锡本地或江苏省内的优先。

工资福利：
1、待遇优厚，需面议；
2、5天8小时标准工时；
3、五险一金；
4、年终奖金2-4个月月薪；
5、应届毕业生转正后有住房补贴，本科以上500元/月起，期限两年；
