Qualification任职资格:
◆ Education教育背景:
Bachelor degree本科学历 CET-4英语国家四级
◆Training 培训经历
ISO9001 quality system、8D report、DOE technology、ISO9001培训、
会写8D报告、DOE测试技巧
◆ Experience经验:
Min.5 years PCB experience in PCB manufacturing with experiences in plating process for HDI, BackDrill, Blind and Buried via, Exotic material, High layer count and Sequential lamination.
More than 3 years experience in pulse plating, HDI Good knowledge in PCB manufacturing process.
至少5年PCB制造经验，有HDI，背钻，盲孔，埋孔，高层，连续层压，特殊材料的经验。3年以上HDI板脉冲电镀经验。
熟悉PCB制造的流程。
◆ Skill技能技巧:
1.Excellent presentation skill. 良好的解说能力
2.Effective communication skills.有效的沟通技巧
3.Engineering Degree.具有工程学位。
4.Familiar with MS office 能熟练的使用微软办公软件
