Job Description 职位描述

主要负责模具的设计、制造和管理。并协助相关人员确保生产的安全顺利进行，并制定相关作业指导书和相关资料的存档管理。工作内容包括：
Mainly responsible for mould design and renovation, assist the safety production. Set out and file work instruction and related information, including:
1. 与销售部门共同参与新产品模具的设计开发，将产品和客户要求转化为模具设计方案。审核供应商图纸并监督制造和验收。
Participate in new mould design & development with sales department, check drawings and provide professional guidance
2. 模具供应商的审核及管理
Mould supplier audit and management
3. 新产品模具开发的项目管理（供应商选择，成本核算控制，交期进度管理，成品验收等并形成相关文件报告）
Project management for new mould development (supplier chosen, cost control, delivery management, product acceptance, etc. and work out related documents )
4. 负责新旧模具的调试，对已有模具进行评估，生产改造，制定和确定改进方案，形成文件报告
Debugging of new and modified moulds, assessing and modifying the existing moulds, work out improvement plan and related documents
5. 负责模具的维护、保养、清洗和清点，确保模具在生产中的可靠性，确保安全生产，并形成文件报告
Maintenance, cleaning and management of all the toolings, to ensure the reliability and safety of tooling in production, form relative documents
6. 制定和完善模具相关文件和具体操作流程规范，并指导相关人员完成模具问题的处理
Set out and improve the tooling documentation and specific operation process specifications, guide relative people to deal with tooling issues
7. 接受专业培训并积极进行技术研究，形成专业资料，培训相关人员，提高部门技术水平
Study actively with professional technology training, form technical information and train the team to improve the department technical level

Personal Qualifications 资格要求

1. 注塑工程、机械设计和模具等相关专业
Major in Injection Engineering, Mechanical Design, Tooling and other relative speciality
2. 三年及以上模具设计及相关工作经验，具有现场操作经验
Over 3-year experience in related field, have on-site operation experience
3. 熟练使用办公软件和绘图软件，如Auto CAD、 Pro/E，U/G等，如会MoldFlow模拟软件者更佳
Familiar with Office and Graphics software, eg: Auto CAD, Pro/E，U/G, etc. MoldFlow skills would be better.
4. 熟练的英语会话和读写能力
Good English communication skills, proficient in reading and writing in English
5. 较强的沟通和执行能力
Strong ability of communication and executive
