Job Description
- Assess supplier in collaboration with commodity buyer to make sure that the best&right supplier is selected.
-Early involvement in new project to perform technical review together with project team and supplier
-Use PUMA-SRM-PQA module for all the project components
-Respect strictly the SQM (Supplier Quality Manual) and validate the AQP.pp deliverables
-Closely follow up and challenge supplier’s work to make sure that supplier can accomplish their tasks on time and by high quality and finally release the part.
-Train the supplier and ensure requirements of U-shin are really understood and properly respected.
-Give SQA technician support for quality incidents created by supplier in current production and validate PD and CA in the due time and assure the effectiveness of counter measurement.
-Perform process audit according to audit plan or if necessary.
-Top Worst Suppliers meetings when supplier improvement is required
-Support oversea U-shin plant if necessary.
-Responsible for identifying the environment factors for own department and area.
-Responsible for compiling the control plan of environment factors scheme.
-Other tasks should be assigned by Superior.

Qualification
- Bachelor degree majored in Mechanical or Material Engineering.
- 5+ years of professional experience in CIP &Quality field, the experience in automotive industry is preferred.
- Experiences in quality systems and supplier audits.
- Theoretical knowledge and practical experience of quality tools common in the automotive industry (FMEA, MSA, PDCA...)
- Knowledge of the product/process/tooling for Die-casting parts, etc.
- Good English skill both in oral and written.
