Job Description:

- Contribute to the new project development as a quality team member.
- Coordinate between quality function and project platform.
- Responsible for internal process and Full Production Day audit, participate in quality system/procedure audit.
- Study customer test standard and compile new product validation plan/control plan.
- Implement the quality tool and best practice in project development.
- Internal/External quality service and assistance.
- Design, review and qualify the devise/fixture of inspection.


Qualification / Skills:

- Bachelor degree majored in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years Automotive Tier-1 experience in quality field, 3+ years project quality experience.
- Master APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA. Familiar with ISO9001 & TS16949 system. Familar with GM QSB system is plus.
- Skilled in problem solving, able to lead 8D or QRQC team.
- Good communication skill with customers.
- Can work under pressure.
- Fluent English both in oral and written.
