Purpose Of Job:
Design injection tooling
To coordinating with Tool Room and Injection department Dept and tooling supplier and provide technical support for the design department and production department.

Major Responsibilities And Authority:
1. Review new product design and feedback to product designer engineer tool related issue to secure the manufacturability of the parts
2.Design new plastic injection tooling and focus on the injection mould design
3.Pilot run and approves new injection mould, also specialization on injection mould
4.Cooperate with tool suppliers and give technical support to assure on time, good quality to delivery.
5.Continuous improve tool concepts to reduce manufacturability cost, reduce scrap rate.
6.Solving the tooling problems and urgent requirements which arisen during the producing process and redesigning and engineer change.
7.To implement ISO9001/14001 standard and familiar with related environmental requirements
8.Familiar with and control significant environmental aspects related to own position

Experience Required:
1.At least 4 years' experience of injection mold design
2.Be familiar with injection molding machine: Sumitomo or FANUC brand injection machine is preferred.
3.Know the mould manufacture process

Knowledge's Skills And Abilities:
1. Be proficient in Pro-E, must have several years experience with Pro-E on the job, Cimatron is a plus
2. Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution skills.
3. Highly organized and structured work behavior.
4. Fluent English, oral and written.
5. Be familiar with ISO 9000 quality system and ISO14001EMS
6. Strong plastic tooling design and manufacture background

Education:
Colleage or Bachelor degree in Mold Design or Engineering Field.
