Responsibilities：

1. Regional partner program development: to develp regional partner program, providing necessary marketing acessories and improving customer loyalty by developing/offering suitable marketing incentives to regional markets;

2. Regional media content management and sales enablement : product/corporate brochures/datasheet localization, partner materials distribution/maintainance, etc.;

3. Regional PR coordination: to maintain good relationship with local medias and keep the communication channel open;

4. Regional events management: to coordinate efforts for regional exhibitions, customer events, seminars, etc.;

5. Other special tasks as assigned: social media platform management and activities organization (EU), global PR cooridnation (US).

Requirements：

1. Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Management, etc., or equivalent of professional experience, advanced degree prefered;

2. 5-10 years marketing experience, preferabley in botique marketing houses or from markeitng funcs of MNCs of solar PV, power electrics, semiconductor etc. industries;

3. EU/USA/APMEA local experience prefered;

4. Interpersonal skills, able to engage, negociate and build long-term business relationship with different stakeholders;

5. Professional branding, marketing communications skills: media creation, public reations, event organization skills, etc.;

6. project management skills, able to coordinate cross functional teams;

7. Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese. Other language will be plus;

8. Position based in region with often regional travelling, ocationally international travelling.
