Responsibilities:
Participate on the feasibility analysis for new products
Process definition and cost calculation for new products (including investment plan on machinery, equipments, tools, gauges, etc)
Define industrialization plan
Analyze and define processes and related risks
Make documentation : manufacturing work Instructions, WI for machinery and equipments, Visual Aids, Process Flow Chart, FEMA, Control Plans, Maintenance Plans, etc
Design fixtures, tools and gauges according to required plan as well as for any production needs.
Optimize processes to make the productivity increase.
Automatization of manufacturing processes
Set up and validate all processes in manufacturing lines
Participate on the Core Team for problems solving : production, customer complaints, etc
Analyze scrap in manufacturing lines and participate on continual improvement plans
Training and support of department staff.
Support Production dept on production problems, incidents, etc
Any other ask assigned by immediate superior.


Qualification:
Degree in Industrial Engineering (Electric, Electronic, Automation and/or other related fields).
Deep knowledge of inductive components and their requirements : customer requirements and expectations, specifications, special characteristics, risks affecting product quality, acceptance/rejection criteria, current process description as critical parameters, controls, working instructions, etc., documentation of products and processes, test equipments and measurement methods.
Deep and proved knowledge of the manufacturing processes related with inductive components
Experience on Lean manufacturing principles and application tools (value stream mapping, visual management, error proofing, quick changeover, standard operations, one-piece flow, kanban system, total productive maintenance, etc.).
Proved and practical experience on advanced quality tools : PFC, FMEA, Control Plan, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, 8D, etc.
Deep knowledge on manufacturing methods, automation, machinery, equipments, design of tools, fixtures and gauges required on manufacturing and testing processes for inductive components.
Good knowledge of raw materials used on inductive components
Experience in automotive industry
Used to work in a multinational and multicultural and environment.
Quality Management System ISO9001, ISO/TS.
Used to work with planning tools : Microsoft Project, etc
Basic design knowledge valuated.
5 years minimum in the same job position in an inductive components manufacturing company.
Leadership and authority. Proactive and self motivated. Ability to work under pressure. Team work ability. Able to make decisions.
English language, medium-high level. Written and spoken. Fluent in communication. Used to communicate in English in previous jobs.
MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Explorer, MS Project, SAP (Production module profile). User level.
