Install molds into molding machines and set up secondary equipment and tools in a safe and timely manner. Strive to improve the quality and stability of the manufacturing process
注塑机以及其他辅助设备的安装、调试、问题解决以启动。
Install, set up, troubleshoot and start up molding machines, as well as secondary and auxiliary equipment.
调整工艺参数以优化循环周期和产品质量。
Adjust closed loop controllers to optimize machine performance and cycle time
保持并改进生产工艺的质量。
Maintains or improves the quality of the manufacturing process.
在设备上安装有特殊功能的结构。
Install special functional and structural parts in devices.
操作行车移动模具。
Operate overhead crane to move molds.
分析，阐述，并校准注塑工艺和注塑机一般问题。
Analyzes, defines and corrects molding process and general machine problems.
给维修部门提供注塑机故障信号的参考意见。
Provides guidance to maintenance personnel regarding machine malfunction symptoms.
指导并培训注塑操作员及其他工艺技术员。
Directs and trains machine operators and other Process Technicians.
监督注塑机的运行和确认产品规格。
Observes operation of machine and verifies conformance to specifications.
参与建立、维护快速换模（SMED）的方法及流程。
Participates in the establishment & maintenance of Methods and Procedures for Single Minute Exchange of Dies (SMED).
完成安排的其他方面的工作。
Perform other duties as assigned.
任职要求
中技机械专业或塑料工业类毕业,3年以上注塑机操作、调试经验，或者相当的教育背景或者工作经历。
A.S.in Engineering or two year certification in plastics technology, hydraulics or programmable logic controllers and a minimum of 3 years experience in processing Injection Molding Machines; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
有一定的电脑操作技能，必须会使用注塑机的电脑控制器。
Basic Computer Skills, must be able to adjust molding machine using computer monitor/controller.
有机械制图的知识，能看懂图纸，会使用基本的测量计具如游标卡尺，卷尺等。有控制器编程以及液压方面知识优先。有行车操作证优先。
Must be able to read blueprints, use basic measuring devices (Calipers, tape measures etc.). Knowledge of programmable logic controllers and hydraulics is preferred. The license of crane operation is preferred.
如果需要，需要满足公司加班工作。
