Mission:

* Collect and interpret information on customer’s present and future needs in collaboration with the regional business development managers where this information is translated into “Master Specifications” for new product development.
* Make professional market, application and competitor analysis for oil free market and air treatment.
* Manage in collaboration with the QAD Portfolio Manager the product development projects from initial feasibility till full market introduction within the set time frame/cost price and according to our quality standards.
* Support the Customer Centers with training material and conduct training to improve product knowledge, application knowledge, sales arguments and competitor information.
* Support the brands Atlas Copco, Pneumatech, Shengda, Liutech, Bolaite, CP & Ceccatto and possibly others.
* Develop and implement 5P strategies inline with our Multibrand strategy
* Monitor the development and organic growth of the product range and initiate actions for improvement.
* Interact extensively with the Product Manager Oil free & QAS in Wilrijk, Belgium for alignment on global strategy and prepare and present topics on the Divisional Product Strategy Meeting (PSM)

In this function you shall take on additional responsibility of supporting some SEA countries for Wuxi products. This to be defined.

This position reports administratively to the GM Wuxi and functionally to the Vice President Marketing (East) of the Industrial Air Division.

Qualification:

1. Solid understanding and/or appreciation of the sales and service process of Industrial compressor and air treatment products
2. Product company experience is an advantage
3. A strong technical background combined with a sound knowledge of air treatment products, applications and markets.
4. International working experience is preferred
5. Good command (verbal and written) of English. Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
6. Solid understanding of Lotus Notes and MS Office.
7. Familiarity with Atlas Copco Group is an advantage.

8. University degree, preferably with a technical background
