JD:

As Product Manager your responsibilities will include:

-Collect and interpret information on customers present and future needs and format this information into a Master Specifications for new product development.

-Manage, from a marketing perspective, the product development process and projects including marketing specification, feasibility and master specification to full market introduction within the set time frame and budget

-Implement and manage product pricing according to strategy.

-Support the Atlas Copco Brand, as well as Multi Brand products lines.

-Organize product launches, trade shows, product exhibitions and events.

-Support the Customer Centers to increase sales and market share by continuously improving product and application knowledge, by coordinating and conducting training.

-Monitor and update marketing publications and literature including printed and internet based.

-Make professional market, application and competitor analysis.

-Monitor the development and organic growth of the product range and initiate actions for improvement.

-Assure APE products are in alignment with our global strategy

-Be an active member of project teams, PCM and TCM and participate in Business review meetings

-Continuously search for opportunities for localization.

-Communicate and interact with all CT divisions and internal departments as well as external relations including Customer Centers, OEM's, Distributors, Customers, Organizations and Associations,.

-This position will report to the Portable Air Regional Marketing Manager.

Qualification:

5 or more years experience in technical or sales and marketing, preferably in an international environment.

-Good knowledge of the compressed air industry.

-University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent.

-Fluency in Chinese with a good command of English is a requirement.

-Travelling within the region is required.

-Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills

-Self-starter

-Good commercial understanding and skills.
